Tony D. Chung, CPA, JD  Tony has over 15 years of experiences in both corporate accounting and legal advice. He started his career as consultant and audit manager for the KPMG, LLP and eventually moved on to the private sector as Director of accounting and CFO for both public and private companies including SolarCity Corp. and Hotel Information Systems.  He previously served as CFO and Legal Counsel for Betek Corp, a wholly owned subsidy of SK Group, a Korean conglomerate.  Currently, he is serving as CFO for Liquidmetal Technologies, Inc. a publicly traded company leading the field in research and development of amorphous alloys.  Tony graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in Business Administration and received his JD from Pacific Coast University, School of Law
