Jeong Joshua Yoon, Managing Director, CBI, CMEA, SBA
Joshua is founder of the CNJ Capital Group and brings extensive experiences in financial advisory, investment banking and management. He has been active member of industry associations and accredited with the CBI (Certified Business Intermediary ),  CMEA (Certified Machinery, Equipment Appraisal), and SBA (Senior Business Analyst) designation. Previously worked for Prudential Securities Inc., UBS Financial Services and Shearson Mortgage. He holds California Real Estate Agent license and previously held a security license of NASD series 7, 8, 9, 63, 65 and NFA Series 3.

Sean Oh, Managing Director                                                                                                                  Sean engaged in consulting, sourcing, development, and analysis of potential investment and business opportunities as well as financing and management strategies. Prior to joining CNJ Capital Group, he was a Vice President and COO with Shearson Mortgage, wholesale mortgage broker, managing corporate operations and product development. Previously, he was engaged in many business ventures in the U.S. and internationally, in which he was responsible for many aspects of business including management consulting, strategic planning, restructuring, finance, marketing, and management for companies like Samsung and Korea First Bank. Sean graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a BA in Economics.

James Roh, Director & HR Specialist
James has over 15 years of advisory experience working directly with Owners, CEOs, and other C-Suite personnel in diverse industries, including Retail, Energy (renewables), and Environmental Services. James is accomplished at executing sound management and HR best practices in Start-ups to Conglomerates going through rapid growth, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and/or new market expansions. Most recently, James directed Forever 21, Inc.’s HR & Legal departments from inception, when the company had less than $200M in sales and 3,000 employees, through explosive organic growth and 4 mergers & acquisitions, to its current state supporting over 23,000 global employees in over 500 stores and 7 distribution centers in North America, Asia and Europe, generating over $3 Billion in sales. James was a driver of Forever 21’s human capital and change management strategies to redefine the company's culture, facilitate greater workforce diversity & retention, and implement new management training & succession plans to maximize organizational effectiveness and market competitiveness. James obtained his Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California, and his Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University. 

Ted Park, CGREA, Senior Advisor
Ted Park is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of California with experiences in residential, commercial, industrial and investment valuation.  Since 1991, he has managed the MCI Appraisal Services in Los Angeles. He is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California with over 20 years of expertise in Los Angeles area market.  Mr. Park was U.S. Marine Officer for four year upon graduating from USC with the BS in Business Administration.

Charles Kim, Senior Advisor
Charles brings over 38 years of experiences in finance, insurance, mortgage and trade finance. He also started and headed a numerous successful import and export businesses often working with Korean major import/export companies, such as Kolon International, Lucky Gold Star(current LG), Ssang Yong Corp. and Jinro America. During his 28 years as an entreprenuer, he has successfully sold the licensee Tote Bag for 1984 L.A. Olympic, Computer carrying case to Compaq, Jackpack sold to Sears, export an agricultural and marine items to Korea. He is currently a member of Korea Financial Investment Association (KOFIA) and holds a securities/insurance license in Korea. Charles is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in California. He is graduated from Saskatoon Business College.                                                                                           

Chris Jang Yeob Kim, CFO, CPA
Chris joined the CNJ Capital Group as a CFO while he practice full-time with Kim & Associates, Inc., accountancy firm. As a managing director of Kim & Associates, Inc., he brings an extensive experiences in accounting, auditing and corporate due diligence. He is current member of AICPA and active member of local Korean-American CPA association. While he was in Korea, he served a vice president and operation officer for the leading reseller of fine measurement instruments and tools in Korea.
